By accessing our website, browsing our menu, or submitting an order request via our checkout interface or WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website.

You agree to use this website solely for lawful purposes related to viewing menu items, calculating order totals, and submitting legitimate purchase inquiries.

You must not attempt to disrupt website functionality, submit automated spam, scrape website assets without permission, or submit fraudulent or malicious order requests.

03. Products & Product Information

Arka Brownies specializes in small-batch, handmade brownies, slabs, dessert tubs, and assorted boxes prepared daily in Coimbatore.

• Handmade Artisanal Variations: Because our brownies are handcrafted in small batches, slight natural variations in appearance, exact topping placement, and shade may occur between individual pieces.
• Allergen Notice: Our products contain or may come into contact with common food allergens, including wheat (gluten), dairy (butter/milk), eggs, nuts (walnuts), and soy. Customers with severe food allergies must exercise personal discretion.
• Product Photography: Imagery displayed on the site represents serving suggestions and product representations.

04. Pricing Policy

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹).

While we strive for complete pricing accuracy on our online menu, prices are subject to update or modification without prior notice due to fluctuations in ingredient or packaging costs. The final price applicable to your order is the price confirmed during direct WhatsApp order communication.

05. Ordering Process

Our online platform utilizes a streamlined WhatsApp-assisted ordering workflow:

1. Browse menu items and add desired brownies or slabs to your cart.
2. Proceed to checkout and enter your Name, Phone Number, and Delivery Address details.
3. Click "Place Order on WhatsApp" to open a pre-formatted order message on WhatsApp.
4. Send the WhatsApp message to communicate directly with our kitchen team.

06. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

An order becomes legally binding and confirmed only after Arka Brownies reviews your request, verifies kitchen capacity/inventory, confirms delivery feasibility, and sends an explicit order confirmation message to you over WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to decline or modify order requests due to slot unavailability, delivery location constraints, or ingredient shortages prior to confirmation.

07. Payment Methods & Settlement

Payment arrangements (such as UPI Scan-to-Pay, direct bank transfer, or cash on delivery where agreed) are finalized directly during WhatsApp order confirmation.

For custom slabs or bulk party orders, advance payment may be required before baking commences.

08. Delivery Terms & Scope

We offer 24-hour local delivery within Coimbatore city limits and standard parcel delivery across South India:

• Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery slots provided during WhatsApp confirmation are estimates and may be subject to minor traffic, weather, or transit delays.
• Delivery Fees: Applicable delivery charges based on distance or courier rates will be stated prior to final order confirmation.

09. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are strictly responsible for providing complete, accurate delivery address details (including street, city, correct pincode, and optional landmark) and an active, reachable mobile phone number.

Arka Brownies is not liable for non-delivery or delivery delays resulting from incorrect address inputs, incorrect phone numbers, unreachable recipient calls, or locked premise access upon delivery arrival.

10. Order Cancellation Policy

Because our brownies are fresh perishable food items baked to order:

• Before Baking/Dispatch: You may cancel your order by contacting us on WhatsApp before our kitchen team has started baking your order or dispatched the courier.
• After Baking/Dispatch: Once baking has commenced or the parcel has been handed to the delivery courier, cancellations cannot be accepted.

11. Refunds & Replacements Policy

We take immense pride in our quality control. Due to the perishable nature of bakery products, general returns are not permitted.

However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect:

1. Please contact us on WhatsApp (+91 79044 86080) within 2 hours of parcel receipt.
2. Provide photo or video proof of the damaged package and items alongside your order details.
3. Upon verification, Arka Brownies will arrange a fresh replacement or partial/full refund on a case-by-case basis.

12. Product Availability

All products are subject to daily small-batch availability. If a requested brownie flavor sells out for the day, we will inform you via WhatsApp and offer an alternative flavor or delivery schedule.

13. Customer Responsibilities & Proper Handling

Upon receiving your brownies, please store them in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or sunlight. For optimal taste and fudgy texture, follow any storage tips provided on package inserts.

Arka Brownies is not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage after successful delivery.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All website design elements, branding logos, text copy, graphic illustrations, and photographic content on arkabrownies.in are the property of Arka Brownies. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial reuse without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Arka Brownies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or delay in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, severe weather, courier delays, or road blockages).

Our total monetary liability for any order issue shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for that order.
